In stock items will be posted within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Special orders need 3 days upon request, providing the physical time for the handwork. This generally takes a day longer than orders of items in stock.
Providing that the user postal details are correct for the successful postage, duration of the delivery will depend only on the third party delivering the logistics service.

Once the requested items have been successfully delivered to our member, we provide 14 day period during which the items may be returned if such instance arises. Return postal charges should be covered by the user.
